Refund Policy

We are a ‘digital space management’ and ‘assistance platform’ for creative professionals. Along with providing our own developed premium plugins and digital templates, we primarily act as your representative or manager for global premium software.

Our job is to purchase official subscriptions on your behalf, manage accounts, and make complex processes accessible. By working on behalf of a large creative community, the benefits we receive from the providers are shared with you at highly friendly and affordable prices. Since these services are completely digital and activated instantly, this policy has been arranged with utmost transparency to maintain your convenience and our service quality.

Digital Services and Activation

Once any template, plugin, or service is successfully activated, made usable, and delivered to your email or dashboard, it is not possible for us to process refunds solely for reasons like “change of mind” or “I don’t need this anymore.”

Uninterrupted Service Guarantee

Ensuring your subscription or service never stops mid-work is our main focus. If your service is disrupted due to any unexpected technical reasons, we sincerely provide a 100% replacement or fixing guarantee:

Login or access issuesIf you are unable to access your panel or service.
Service drops before the term endsIf a temporary error occurs in the service before your scheduled term ends.

In such situations, our support team will fix it in the fastest possible time (usually 1 to 4 hours) or provide a completely new access.

Prorated Refund (Fair Solution)

We believe you should only pay for exactly what you have enjoyed. Despite our best efforts, if the following situations arise, we will definitely arrange a refund:

✓ If the service is not activated

If we fail to activate your desired service after a successful payment, the full amount will be respectfully refunded.

✓ If ultimately unable to provide a solution

If there is an issue with your service, we will first try to resolve it. But if our team ultimately fails to resolve it, we will process a Prorated Refund. We will only keep the fee for the days you have used the service, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Cases Where Refund Does Not Apply

To provide you with the best service and protect our assistance operations, we cannot provide refunds or replacements in the following specific cases:

For general reasons after the service has been successfully activated and is usable.
Due to the customer’s own mistakes (e.g., providing the wrong email during the order, deleting or cancelling the service themselves).
If the customer attempts to change the account password, billing info, or recovery email on their own.
Main provider’s T&C update: If third-party global providers suddenly bring major changes to their policies outside our control, the liability will not fall on us.
